We offer a spacious suite, comprising a  large double bedroom which can also easily accommodate an extra single or a travel cot which we can provide. Comfortable seating, flat screen TV and hairdryer are provided. The room looks west towards Bodmin Moor and if you are lucky you may see a sunset to remember!

Books and maps on the locality are provided and wherever possible we provide fresh flowers in your room.

There is a small adjoining single bedroom, ideal for a child or accompanying Granny!  Or we can put a cot in there if you prefer, and provide a baby alarm.

We have now introduced a private sitting room as part of the suite, also west facing, where comfortable chairs and coffee table, a flat screen freeview TV and games and toys for adults or children are available.

We provide tea and coffee facilities with delicious, freshly baked home made biscuits, local bottled water and fresh milk (in the fridge provided); all complimentary of course. Wine glasses and a bottle opener are also provided should you wish to bring your favourite tipple!

  • We are very proud of our en suite bathroom, with rich touches of pink and burgundy against a white ground. A roomy double bath encourages a luxurious soak using the scented bath foam provided. The roof beams give an unusual shape to the ceiling and you can relax in the bath and look at the stars while you plan the following day – we provide the hot water, you provide the romance! Or jump in the glass screened shower for a speedy start to the day.
  • And if you are on a family holiday, then there is room to bath a couple of little ones together and we will even provide the bath toys to keep them happy…

Guests are very welcome to relax over coffee in the spacious lounge.

Meals are served in the bay window high up over Launceston looking across to the moors.

If you need bedtime reading we are happy to lend you anything from Alan Bennet to Ziggy Zen – and when weather permits we are happy for guests to enjoy our small secluded garden where garden furniture is provided in a peaceful and pretty setting, and where smoking is permitted for those who still enjoy the evil weed.
